Martin McGuinness: The path from violence to peace

Martin McGuinness has died at the age of 66.

The former Northern Ireland Deputy First Minister - and former IRA chief-of-staff - passed away in Derry following a short illness.

He helped end 30 years of conflict in the country by agreeing to join the country's power sharing executive, but the man was a controversial figure in his political past.

Our Ireland Correspondent David Blevins reports.
