my recs: add extra chickpea flour and arrowroot starch if your mixture seems a little wet. increase oven temp to 425 and bake until completely golden brown.

my recs: leave all the seeds in your jalapeños if you really want this to be spicy! make a batch of tofu feta cheese (recipe available on my blog) to add.
