UE4 Cloth Simulation Plugin Dev - Self Collisions Pt_01 (June 2021)

Part 1 - of a series of recordings from my old PBD / 'Verlet' Cloth Solver plugin I was writing for Unreal Engine 4 back in 2021.

I start implementing the CPU setup code for global compute shaders and initial GPU shader.
This was recorded in June 2021, pre going to study my MSc!

Notes
* UE5 would use the RDG instead, this Lambda / Immediate Mode based render graph approach is old.
* I'm splitting the constraint solve, world and self collisions deliberately here, so I can isolate the compute shader errors. I fix this later.
* Forgive my stupid jokes, this is what happens when you live alone.
