Indian Coffee House Style Tomato Fry

I used to have this tasty tomato fry from Indian Coffee House Thiruvallam Cdit (Trivandrum) during our engineering days, when we used to go there for our Project work.

This curry was always ordered with chapati, since this was the cheapest in the menu.
But the taste is quite unique and goes well with chapati.

Just few ingredients and so easy to be prepared.. do try and see how easy this dish is.
Dont forget to use ripe tomatoes and add a pinch of sugar to balance the sourness.
