राज्यघटना म्हणजे काय ? तर राज्यघटना म्हणजे कायद्याचा कायदा म्हणजेच "constitution is a law of law ". राज्यघटनेत त्या त्या देशातील लोकांच्या भावभावना आणि आशा-आकांक्षा परावर्तित झालेल्या असतात म्हणून राज्यघटनेला 'constitution is a will of people' असेही म्हणतात. राज्य कसे चालवावे याचे नियम म्हणजे राज्यघटना. भारतीय संविधानाची रचना नीट समजून घेतली पाहिजे. कारण अज्ञानातून आणि गैरसमजातून या संविधानाच्या सुरक्षिततेसाठी आणि अंमलबजावणीसाठी जे कायदे आणि नियम केले गेलेत, त्यालाच आपण संविधान समजण्याची घोडचूक करतोय. तेव्हा आजच्या व्हिडीओ च्या माध्यमातून आपण सविस्तर जाणून घेणार आहोत संविधान म्हणजे काय?

भारतीय संविधान लिखने वाली सभा में 299 सदस्य थे जिसके अध्यक्ष डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद थे। संविधान सभा ने 26 नवम्बर 1949 में अपना काम पूरा कर लिया और 26 जनवरी 1950 को यह संविधान लागू हुआ। इसी दिन कि याद में भारत में हर वर्ष 26 जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस के रूप में मनाते हैं।
