These burger buns are made with simple ingredients like flour, yeast, and butter. Whether it’s burger night, sandwich prep, or breakfast rolls—this recipe will level up your meal.

🥖 INGREDIENTS:

1 cup warm water
1 egg
4 tbsp melted butter
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp white sugar
7 grams (or 1 packet / just under 1 TBSP) yeast
🧁 For later:
3 tbsp milk + 1 egg (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds or bagel seasoning (optional)

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Add wet ingredients to the bread maker first, then the dry.
2️⃣ Select the DOUGH cycle (mine is cycle 8).
3️⃣ Let it run, then optionally proof another 30 mins after.
4️⃣ Divide into 8 rolls and shape into balls.
5️⃣ Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with milk, cover, and let rise.
6️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Add egg wash and optional toppings.
7️⃣ Bake 17–22 minutes, cool, slice, and enjoy!
