1/4 Cup coriander leaves
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 Tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 Tbsp cumin seeds
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp panch foran (jeera, saunf, rai, methi, mangrel)
1/4 Cup green peas
5 Pieces medium sized boiled potatoes
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp garam masala
1 Tsp kasuri methi
1/2 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp peanuts

Samosa Dough:
2 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp ajwain
3 Tbsp melted ghee
water as needed

Lal Chatni:
1/4 Cup tarmaind
1 Cup hot water
1 Cup sugar
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp rock salt
1 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 Tbsp cornflour water
PANI PURI:
Panipuri:
1 Cup thick Rawa
1/4 Cup maida
1/2 Cup hot water

Panipuri water:
1/2 Cup coriander leaves
1/3 Cup mint leaves
2 Pieces green chilli
1/2 Inch ginger
3 Tbsp tamarind water
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp black salt
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp roasted cumin powder
1 Tsp kashimiri red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp hing
2 Tsp panipuri masala
1 litre chilled water
Lemon juice
1/4 Cup besan boondi
lemon slices

Aalu filling:
8 pieces medium sized boiled potato
1/2 Cup boiled black chana
1/2 Cup chole
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Tsp finely cut green chilli
2 Tbsp chopped coriander
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp black salt
1 Tsp roasted cumin powder
1 Tsp kashimiri red chilli powder

MAGGIE CHEESE SANDWICH:
1 Packet maggie
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp finely cut garlic
1 medium sized finely cut onion
1/2 medium size chopped capsicum
3 Medium chopped tomato
1.5 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp kashmiri red chilli
1 Packet maggie masala
1 Tsp Pav Bhaji masala
2 Tbsp green peas
Chopped coriander
Butter
Sandwich bread
Grated mozzarella cheese
