Canadian Beijing Prep Camp, Sovereign Lake/SilverStar

The team did some sprint practice today. Four prologues instead of heats to comply with the Covid protocols and keep everyone safe and healthy. The course was designed to replicate the Beijing sprint loop profile and is at 1660m elevation.
