Magic Island - Stephen Lias

Live performance of "Magic Island," from my faculty recital at Lone Star College - Montgomery on Jan. 28, 2022. "Magic Island" by Stephen Lias is part of a larger work entitled "Imaginary Folksongs" for alto and soprano saxophones with piano. This movement features the use of slap tongue to mimic a hand drum and ties in with the title quite nicely.
