Dive Emergency - Uncontrolled Ascent

September 27, 2014 a diver experienced an uncontrolled ascent due to losing his weight belt. The diver was attempting to tighten his weight belt when it slipped from his hands. Another diver noticed the diver acting strange and then all of a sudden becoming extremely buoyant. He swam over to assist the diver and bring the ascent under control. Luckily the diver in distress didn't panic. The diver with the emergency didn't suffer any signs or symptoms from DCI thankfully.
