Cockpit Paint Removal & Reinforcing the Port Side Wall. Episode 91

In this episode, I use pressure washing with my custom attachment to strip old cockpit paint. I prepare seams around the new top skin and lay two layers of 1708 fiberglass on the port side wall to strengthen it down to the floor. I also make another fiberglass tube using vacuum infusion for hardware separation. Along the way, I experiment with how to treat the teak parts of the boat without varnish—still searching for the best solution.
