Workout
Warm Up:
Jump rope 5-7 min
20 pull ups
50 push ups
Everything till light fatigue
1. Explosive muscle ups 3 sets of 5-7
2. Front lever 1 set on max
3. One arm pull ups 1 set on max
4. Switch one arm pull ups 1 set on max
5. Assist one arm pull ups 1 set on max
6. Handstand 30 sec
7. Handstand push ups 1 set on max
8. Handstand to planche 3 attempts
9. Dips 3 sets of 20
10. Different varieties of grips pull ups 10x10
11. Regrabs till failure
12. Plate carry (pinch) 4 sets of 30 sec
13. Dead hang 60 sec
14. Stretch
15. Cool down with light exercises
