This time, I tried their signature “Chat noir” cake (¥518) – one of their most popular items, inspired by a charming black cat.

The glossy chocolate glacage gives it a luxurious shine, while the lightly bitter chocolate mousse adds a fluffy, refined touch.

Inside, you’ll find rich gianduja chocolate with nutty depth, paired with silky pudding and moist sponge cake.
