In this video you'll learn how to draw a koi using a fountain pen . Simply follow along and try your best to imitate what I do and you'll soon have a drawing you can be proud of. Remember you can always pause, rewind or slow down the video depending on your needs. I usually use an HB pencil as well as a softer grade like 4B or 6B for the darker tones, and sometimes also use a black colored pencil for the same purpose. For paper, I use whatever I have on hand, including rough-textured watercolor paper, smooth cardstock, and oftentimes mixed media paper. Use whatever you have on hand such as pencils, pens, markers or whatever, it doesn't matter. Keep drawing and you'll find that your skills will have improved.
