HOME TRAINING (Shoulders)

Today we decide to train at home and hit some shouldesr SIDE LATERALS, PARTIAL REPS, HIGH REPS, CORE, CHEST, and TRICEPS as you can see some of my reps are increasing and others are decreasing this is a little training you all can try at your home with resistance bands, body weight or light weights.
