We started the day from a place which is 15 kms from Uttarkashi and did night stay at a place called Bhiri. This is 12 km short of Guptkashi.

Chaurangi Khal: Generally travellers stop here for morning breakfast or for a cup of tea.

Boodha Kedar Temple: This temple has idol of Lord Shiva along with his family members and Pandavas.

Hotel Badri Kedar: We halted at this place for lunch, about 2 km from Ghansali village.

Bhandari Tourist Palace: There are many tourist lodge on this Uttarakhand chaar dham route, you can just drop it at any hotel, check for availability and do night half.

In my experience most of the guest houses on this route have reasonable tariff.
