Should Klay Thompson Take 2 YEARS OFF After ACL Tear?! Doctor's Take on the Evidence

I disagree with the idea that Klay Thompson should automatically sit out 2 years after his ACL tear. A recent story was posted on Heavy.com stating a top knee doctor felt Klay Thompson should sit out for 2 full years after his ACL tear. I disagree with this notion based on a number of factors related to the research being referenced. Here's why.

Paper referenced as support for this idea:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27402457
