COCONUT HARVEST. ENJOYING THE VILLAGE WAY OF LIFE IN NIGERIA.

We are harvesting Coconuts today. I'm really enjoying the village way of life in Nigeria. I'm sharing part of my Nigerian village experience with you. The Coconut trees are just behind the house. Life in a Nigerian village is quite different from life in the city. The air in the village is cleaner because there is less pollution. The Afang you get here for Afang soup is so much fresher than that in the city so your Afang soup tastes fresher. Same goes for Edikang Ikong and any other vegetable soup.

These particular Coconuts have so much water in them. We enjoyed drinking it so much. The health benefits of Coconut water are enormous, some are shared in this video. This is how life is in a Nigerian village.
