Snowshoe, WV: Powder Monkey lift

This Skytrac Monarch quad replaced an original Thiokol triple in 2023, and was the first lift at Snowshoe built under Alterra ownership. The lift serves the northern end of the main Snowshoe Basin, featuring a mix of beginner and intermediate terrain. At the top of the lift are some condos and the main walkway that crosses the road to the Western Territory. The lift has 119 chairs, 16 towers, and a loading conveyor down at the bottom. Estimated max speed in this recording is 370 fpm.
