Juvenile flying-fox in care, day 2: this is Aniseed Sparkles

Aniseed Sparkles is a juvenile male Black Flying-Fox who is about 6 months old.
He was found on a balcony courtyard area where he had been for an indeterminate period of time. The home owners had been away for 10 days and found him when they returned home.

He had some grazes on his knuckles from crawling around on the pavers and repeatedly attempting to get enough height to fly out. He was also quite mildly concussed.

On day 2 he hadn't touched his overnight grapes, but once I poked them into his face he was more interested.
He lounged around in a sling for the day, went back in his carrier overnight (because I didn't trust that he was going to stay put on the airer and not go exploring in the wee small hours), and decided he was perfectly fine by day 3, so I took him to a carer with other juvies with whom he could hang out.

2 weeks later, he's doing well, his grazes are healed, and he will go into the release aviary during the next release cycle.
