SHREDDED BEEF TACOS
4-6 lb. chuck roast
season with salt and pepper generously
Add 1 tablespoon each of the following spices:
garlic powder
onion powder
cumin
chili powder
oregano

7-ounce can chipotle sauce
1 cup beef stock

For the Pico De Gallo:
Measure with Your Heart!

red onion
jalapeno
garlic
lime zest and lime juice
cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
