Senior Editor Jared Gould asked students to share their thoughts on a recent rule by President Biden that will require individuals with higher credit scores to pay more in mortgage fees while those with lower credit scores pay less.
The Biden administration says the ruling aligns with their equity agenda, as it makes it easier for individuals with a poor credit history to buy a home. But, it places a burden on responsible borrowers.
