The Life and Death of the Minotaur

In this animated video we look at the famous story of the Minotaur. We shift the focus away from the Hero of the story, Theseus, instead focusing on the origins of the Minotaur. We look at how the beast was conceived and trapped within the Labyrinth.

We'd like to point out that Greek Mythology has various contradicting sources, so don't be surprised if you've heard a marginally different version of this story, but don't hesitate to ask us about another version or some of the differences you've come across.
One such example is by some accounts, Theseus kills the Minotaur with his bare hands as opposed to his sword. In yet another telling, the Minotaur is resting or asleep when Theseus finds it. So the story can vary, but the general message stays consistent.
