Kamal Meattle is an Indian environmental activist who is currently Chairman Emeritus of Paharpur Business Centre., New Delhi. The author of the much-acclaimed book, How to Grow Fresh Air, he is always keen to look for new technologies that can be employed to reduce polluted air. In this TEDx talk, he explains the several consequences that have occurred over wildlife, livelihood, infrastructure, and other aspects of our daily living, due to the negative impact of climate change. In this talk, he focuses on how increased Co2 levels in the air continues to impact our cognitive ability, thus restricting our brain. He also provides the audience with a few methods on how to use air purifying plants to grow fresh air. Kamal Meattle, an environmentalist at heart, is our prominent speaker for the topic of Climate change. He is the chairman emeritus at Paharpur Business Centre). The co-author of the book, published by Juggernaut on “How To Grow Fresh Air”, he possesses a master’s degree in Management from The Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA. Kamal's work towards energy efficiency and environmental issues is implicit. In 2007, he was also honored the prestigious MIT’s Distinguished Alumni Award.
