Thermal Zinc Spraying a Mercedes W114 'Pagoda' front subframe at Retropower. This will be followed by a 2 part Urethane based paint and offers exceedingly high corrosion resistance. This process is carried out in-house along with the media blasting that proceeds it. We use this technique on all steel suspension components as well as the underside of bodyshells as part of our continued endeavours to create classic and retro cars that can be used regularly and in all weathers without fear of deterioration.
