With big sales, Black Friday, President's Day, or other SVS sales, I'd hope for the PB12-NSD or PB-2000 original to go on special. Quality bass isn't cheap. I LOVE a lower cost of entry for true "full range" subs.

The original PB-1000 was really good, but had an audible roll off at 21-22 hertz. A $500 bottomless sub was worth waiting for.

At $599, the PB-1000 Pro is BETTER than the PB-2000 original and PB12-NSD, for the adjustability alone, and at least equal performance. No audible roll off. Powerful.

With the PB-1000 Pro, EVERY DAY is Black Friday, in my opinion.

Even with Black Friday pricing on the PB12-NSD and PB-2000, I'd still get the PB-1000 Pro's at $599. Without question nor hesitation.

It's a more affordable and versatile giggle inducer!!

Finally, I have no caveats about the least expensive ported SVS subwoofer. My sweet spot used to be the $799 PB-2000 for bottomless bass.

The smallest ported sub on the list (still big), spouse acceptance (WAF) is better too.

The PB-1000 Pro is my new sweet spot, I'm THRILLED with this sub and it's price point!
