NEW CHASSIS DESIGN
Aside from the main RHS chassis rails, the chassis will be incorporating laser cut and folded engineered components. As the metal fabrication industry has mainstreamed its advanced laser cutting and CNC folding, it's time for the caravan industry to embrace this new technology - providing the end user with a lighter and stronger caravan. While the transport industry has been reaping the benefits of this new style of construction for a number of years now, ZONE RV is proud to be the first caravan manufacturer to roll out this new approach to its full extent.

NEW CABINETRY
The 2.0 range will boast an all new cabinetry system, which takes its cue from ZONE RV's famous composite sandwich panel technology applied to the body construction of each van. Using a combination of laminate and fiberglass composite sandwich panel interior components, the new cabinetry is lighter, more durable and exudes an impeccable visual finish. This world-class cabinetry system is exclusive to ZONE RV.
