After writing my book Paano Ba ’To?! How To Survive Growing Up in 2014, I realized so many of us have problems and issues in life na pakiramdam natin, nag-iisa tayo at ang hirap ng buhay. But in reality, so many of us go through the same things. And we can all learn from each other.

Instead of writing a second book, which I’ve been asked many times, I decided to create a video series instead, to share advice to everyone for free. This is advice from me and people I look up to, that worked for us. We don’t claim to know it all or claim to know what is best, but this is another piece of advice you just might want to consider. We hope this makes you feel like you are not alone in whatever it is you are going through. Feel free to share with anyone you know that this might be of help to.
