Konkonte Food - Abitie, Lapiiwa, Face the wall

Konkonte is a Ghanaian dish usually eaten with a soup made from groundnuts or palm nut or okro soup. It's a popular food in West African countries such as Nigeria and also eaten in the Caribbean. It's a simple dish made from dried and pounded cassava or manioc, root and takes upon a brown appearance once made. It has many names such as abitie, lapiiwa, face the wall, etc.
