A Literary Journey on China's High-Speed Rail

Could a high-speed rail journey be filled with the joy of poetry chain game and reading? On April 21, Aliia from Russia boarded a train brimming with literary charm. Poetry recitals and lively poetry chain games blend the journey with literature, while the reading corner in the carriage offers books within easy reach.

During the 5th National Conference on Reading, 14 trains running between Nanchang and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xiamen were set up as "Reading-themed trains". Cozy reading spaces were created onboard, paired with various reading activities, allowing the reading atmosphere to accompany the journey and making reading a moving landscape along the railway.
