FEEDING QUADRUPLETS FOOD FOR THE FIRST TIME | BABY LED WEANING

The quadruplets are finally ready to start solids! We took a modified approach to baby led weaning where we introduced purées for the first day and then quickly moved on to finger foods. You can still honor the principles and philosophies of BLW by taking this approach and we are following a lot of the work of Katie Ferraro, MPH, RDN, CDE. There’s so much research to support the benefits of  BLW and zero research to support increased risk of choking, etc. They’re doing so well now that they’ve gotten the hang of it. More to come but we hope you enjoy!
