Hi everyone! I am coming back with another speed build video for residential area. I have moved Rudy's house and Dom's house to the Level-3 cliff of my island. The place has a very nice view. The sea is behind and the red maple trees are so match with the theme.

Tips: If you plant the fruits next to each other, they will remain as saplings forever. You can use this method to build your own farm.

p/s: Terraforming tools are available once you unlock the Island Designer App. Before that, your island has to reach 3-star so that KK can conduct a concert on your island. You can check with Isabelle about your island rating.
