REGAINING SELF-CONFIDENCE POST LOCKDOWN

Hello my lovelies,
I felt this video was very necessary as isolation comes to and end. I also felt it could be of great comfort to people who aren't loving themselves as much as they should've been in isolation (myself included).
Here's a reminder that you are beautiful inside and out no matter your weight/ body shape, and to stop putting so much pressure on yourself!
Self love comes from within so be thankful for all your imperfections and insecurities, they are what make you, you!
