Mercedes ML270cdi (OM612) Grunting Hunting Idle Fixed (failed fuel rail pressure reg)

Fuel Rail pressure regulator!, sticky and degraded.
I double checked my data and these run more like 25,000psi, not 60, but these systems still run at very high pressures so be very careful of working on them!, just like high voltage, they can seem harmless, but kill quickly!.

I got it working for now, idle is still not the best, you can hear that the PWM controlled valve is struggling to work. but with the new injectors and largely air free fuel system its so so much better!. almost like new!.
I will do a proper step-by-step when I get the new part.
