Capacitive Voltage Transformer|CVT|Capacitive Voltage Divider Transformer
Captive Voltage transformer or capacitive voltage transformer also known as CVT is a special type of voltage transformer or potential transformer used in extra high voltage system. It is basically a Normal electro magnetic voltage transformer connected with a capacitor potential divider.
