Why will we skip 7 leap years in this millennium?
Calendars aren't perfect, and they never will be, because society as a whole would never agree to having a clock that resets halfway through an hour. Because of this, mathematicians across the centuries have had to work out more and more precise calendars that don't shift and put the seasons in all the wrong months.
