Here is my Pre / Post Fader console setup that allows you to actually MIX a show for IEM users. Bring your monitor mixing game to a whole new level and become an indispensable member of the team. In this video I give you a demonstration of the setup and discuss how and when to use it. Setup shown on Behringer X32Edit offline software, but this setup can easily be created on just about any digital console out there.
