Loki shows the TVA doing everything they can to stop the multiverse from existing...so what if we've been watching them do this, in secret? What if the many Marvel TV shows that have come before: Daredevil, Jesica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Punisher, The Defenders, Cloak & Dagger, The Runaways and Agents of SHIELD were actually tangent realities that the TVA snuffed out of existence?

The show is also leaning hard into the idea that Steve Rogers's happy ending at the end of Avengers: Endgame ended with the TVA arrested Peggy Carter for crimes against the sacred timeline.
