DO YOU REALLY NEED AN EYE CREAM?

I WILL BE HONEST AND SAY MOST OF THE TIME NO YOU DO NOT NEED AN EYE PRODUCT, unless it falls into one of three categories; it offers something your face serums cannot, it is ridiculously reasonably priced, or you serums are too strong in actives to use around your eyes (applicable to vitamin C and retinol products).
