• लघु, रूक्ष, कषाय होने से कफ नाशक तथा प्रभाव से गण्डमालानाशक व रक्तस्तंभक है ।लसिका ग्रंन्थियों पर इसकी विशिष्ट क्रिया होती है तथा उनका शोथ दूर होता है । यह लेखन तथा मेदोहर है
गुग्गुल :
• लेखन, रक्तप्रसादन, मेदोहर शोथहर, रसायन, वातशामक
कांचनार गाल का विशेष उपयोग गाँठो को नष्ट करने के लिये होता है। • कांचनार गुगुल अवस्थाओं में लेखन, मेदोहर शोथहर, रक्ताप्रसादन] व रूक्ष गुण द्वारा सम्प्राप्ति भंग करके गण्डमाला, अपची, अर्बुद, ग्रंथि में लाभ पहुँचाये। • इसी प्रकार रक्तप्रसादन, कषाय, लेखन, जन्तुघ्न शोधहर गुण द्वारा व्रण, भगन्दर, श्लीपद व गुल्म में लाभदायी हैं।
