Air Fryer Sriracha Shrimp & Broccoli || Low Carb Recipe
Air Fryer Sriracha Shrimp & Broccoli is my go-to low carb recipe. Sometimes I use it as a side dish and sometimes as a main. The kick from the Sriracha and the freshness from the lemon juice give this dish the perfect taste.

Air Fryer Sriracha Shrimp & Broccoli
Ingredients:
Shrimp – 1/2 lb (peeled, deveined)
Broccoli – 1/2 lb (cut into florets)
Sriracha - 1/2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 Tbsp
Italian Seasoning – 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder – 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp or as needed
Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp
Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer at 390 degrees F for 5 minutes
2. Peel, devein, wash and pat dry shrimp
3. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite size florets
4. Mix all the other ingredients together and mix with broccoli and shrimp
5. Oil the basket and add the shrimp and broccoli to the basket
6. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Mix after 5 minutes and start checking after 8 minutes for preferred doneness. (Shrimp and broccoli in this video was air fried for 9 minutes)
7. Serve warm
