STEER – People Development Programme

We recently concluded STEER – People Development Programme, designed to strengthen core capabilities across R&D Divisions.

Conducted in collaboration with Ahmedabad University, the programme focused on Organisational Behaviour and Communication, with an engaging mix of classroom sessions, case studies, simulations, and assignments.

STEER offered a compelling perspective on the evolving role of mid-level managers in today’s dynamic industrial landscape. More importantly, it aimed at cultivating future-ready leaders—professionals, who can confidently navigate disruption and envision new possibilities.
