I escaped to Grenada for a week

I finally arrived in Grenada for my solo vacation. In this video, I will be exploring the beaches of Grenada, visiting St. George’s University (SGU), and eating some amazing food on Grand Anse Beach.

I also discuss some of the culture and history of the island as well. I specifically look into the role of colonialism and its impact of LGBTQ rights on the island. Despite the policies that restrict the actions of LGBTQ people, it is still beautiful, and I believe I will visit again. This was a great first experience out of the country.
