Liverpool Return to AXA Training Centre | Henderson, Thiago, Salah | REPORT

Liverpool were pictured training at the AXA Training Centre for the first time in several weeks this afternoon as Jurgen Klopp's men continued their preparations for the season opener against Norwich City on Saturday evening.

The Reds have done most of their pre-season training in Austria and France, but are now back on Merseyside for the final leg of their build-up.

Andy Robertson is set to be out until around the September international break with his ankle ligament damage sustained against Athletic Bilbao on Monday, though Jurgen Klopp admitted he might have got a little lucky, in that it could have been far worse.

Xherdan Shaqiri and Nat Phillips were both absent, just as they were for the game with Osasuna on Monday night, with transfer moves away from Liverpool possible for both, as Matt Addison reports.
