The video captures the 2nd day of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s private teaching at Vidyaloke. Here His Holiness speaks on the different schools of Buddhism and elaborates on the idea of Sunyata. His Holiness teaches about the three turnings of the Dharma wheel and speaks about the Tantrayana, in addition to clarifying doubts that the Shishyas had.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama, born on 6th July, 1935 in north-eastern Tibet, is one of the greatest teachers of our time. At the very young age of two, he was recognised as the reincarnation of the 13th Dalai Lama, Thubten Gyatso.

His skill to effortlessly distill the essence of complex Buddhist teachings and juxtapose them with causes and conditions relevant to our times is sublime.

His Holiness’ presence and the vastness of his mind make every interaction with him deeply impactful and memorable. He is our guiding light for Vidyaloke. As the torchbearer for the revival of Indian wisdom in contemporary India, His Holiness conducted our Inaugural Teachings in February, 2017.
