During this video, I will attempt to answer some of the commonly asked questions about nio stock. These include:

1. Will Nio stock go up?
2. Why is Nio stock going down?
3. Is Nio a good buy?
4. Is Nio stock overpriced?

First, we have to remember how much Nio stock has gone up so far this year, and over the past 10 weeks alone. This price action is not normal for a stock, but for an EV stock this price action has become something we as investors have become numb to. Nio stock has returned an incredible amount for myself and other nio investors this year, and in my opinion Nio stock will keep going up over the course of the upcoming months and years.

However, the reason Nio stock is falling recently is due to the company announcing that they will be raising capital next week. This capital will be used to better progress the company's research capabilities, technology for its next generation of electric vehicles, and of course their progress towards achieving full autonomous driving by the year 2025.

Now, when we hear a company we're invested in such as Nio, or Xpeng or Tesla is raising capital and diluting it's shares. This news often raises some red flags, but in the case of Nio and it's competitors, I believe they are taking advantage of the current share price and it will mean more upside for nio stock in the future as they continue to develop and improve their company fundamentals.

Nio will be offering an additional 60 million shares, with JP Morgan having the option of purchasing an extra 9 million if they wish which would bring the total of new shares to 69 million.

So, is Nio still a buy at today's prices? Personally, I believe they are. I am maintaining my $60 price target for Nio stock by Nio Day in January, so of course I believe nio is a buy right now.

Do I think $42 will be the best price you will be able to buy Nio stock at? It's hard to say, but after a 7% dip during Friday's trading, it wouldn't surprise me to see a nice rebound on Monday.

So, to answer the previously mentioned questions:

1. Will Nio stock go up?
Yes. I believe Nio has a bright future ahead of them, which means the Nio stock price will go up in the future.

2. Why is Nio stock going down?
Nio stock is going down for a few reasons. The first is the ongoing uncertainty about the future of Chinese stocks on the NYSE. Second, Nio announced they will be raising capital this week which led some investors to get shaky hands and sell.

3. Is Nio a good buy?
Yes. I believe nio stock is still a good buy even at these prices. The company has some strong growth ahead of it and I believe that the Nio stock price will go above $100 per share within the coming years.

4. Is Nio stock overpriced?
From a fundamentals standpoint, Yes. Nio stock is overpriced when using traditional metrics, however, Nio is an EV company, and therefore the stock price for nio does not follow traditional metrics. So, I believe Nio stock is not overpriced using analyst forecasts and personal conclusions.
