Romualdez more prepared to run for national post, keeping options open on being Sara Duterte's VP

Headstart: Philippine House Majority leader Martin Romualdez says he is now in a much better position to seek a national post next year, armed with the lessons learned during his failed bid for the senate last 2016. President Rodrigo Duterte earlier said he would support the Leyte congressman and Lakas CMD party head if he decides to run for vice president in 2022. Should he follow that path, Romualdez says he will mostly likely do so with Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte as his presidential runningmate.
