Crossrail time lapse video: Liverpool Street station western ticket hall, June 2011

This short time lapse video shows the demolition of the buildings around Moorgate that are required for the Liverpool Street Crossrail station western (Moorgate) ticket ticket hall.

The demolition of the buildings began in March 2011. The demolition of the building known as 91-109 Moorgate is now complete and the demolition of part of the building known as 17-31 Moorfields will be complete at the end of October 2011.

These works are required to clear the sites where a new Crossrail ticket hall and shaft will be built.
