MPs call for 'bold action' from government to support women living with endometriosis | ITV News

There have been calls for an urgent improvement in the diagnosis and care of women suffering from the painful condition endometriosis.

MPs heard over half of sufferers had to visit a GP more than 10 times, and wait an average of eight years before discovering what was wrong.

Campaigners also say shame and stigma prevents more women coming forward earlier to seek help.
