Tackle a fast-paced WOD of shuttle runs, wall balls, and rowing. Rx & "Spirit of the Morning" winners score a FREE pair of R.A.D® training shoes! 👟
3️⃣ HYROX WOD: Crush today's AMRAP intervals (4:00-4:30-5:00-5:30-6:00 with 1:30 rest). Start with a 350m Run (200m Foundation), then max out Burpee Plate Jumps, Plate Reverse Lunges, and Plate Thrusters. Your goal: add a round each interval!
4️⃣ EXPRESS CLASS: Short on time? Hit our 20:00 AMRAP: 200m Run, 2 Burpee Plate Jumps, 4 Plate Reverse Lunges, 6 Plate Thrusters (Rest 30 seconds between rounds).
